    A former graphic designer and 2nd generation pastry chef, he has been working over 15 years in 3 Michelin star restaurants (Robuchon Las Vegas, Daniel), high end pastry shops (Fauchon, Payard, Financier), and luxury hotels (Wynn Las Vegas).


    Recently the Exec Pastry Chef at LinkedIn, Vincent has won multiple national competitions. He's also appeared on tv, international newspapers & magazines. Consultant on restaurant openings, bakery production modifications, artisanal confections and menu creation. 

    Basically, he loves all things pastry related.
