The French Spot is a pastry retail space, created by husband and wife, French American team, Vincent Attali and Maria Zapata. We offer a variety of retail and wholesale French-American-Asian inspired breakfast pastries (traditional and creative croissants), pastries, desserts , custom artistic cakes


Maria Zapata

Painter, Illustrator, Co-owner & Cake Artist

Artist, with a love of oil paints, sculpting & Illustrating. Pastry credentials include working with Chocolatier Jean Marie Auboine in Las Vegas, pastry sous chef in the East Bay and custom cake work.

Vincent Attali

Chef/ Co-owner

A 2nd generation pastry chef, he has been working over 15 years in 3 Michelin star restaurants (Robuchon Las Vegas, Daniel NYC), high end pastry shops (Fauchon, Payard, Financier), and luxury hotels (Wynn Las Vegas).  

Recently the Exec Pastry Chef at LinkedIn, Vincent has won multiple national competitions. He's also appeared on tv (Netflix Sugar Rush, Food Network Guys Grocery Games), international newspapers & magazines. Consultant on restaurant openings, bakery production modifications, artisanal confections and menu creation. 

Basically, he loves all things pastry related.
